Missing operand expression builder trying to pull start date

Hello,I am using the Employee Onboarding Module. In my workflow automator, I am trying to pull that start date and set 48 hours before it as the date the ticket is due. I was told by Freshservice that I need to use expression builder as so:I have tried with _iso and without. I asked how that was an expression, and was told they’d submit a ticket for me and that should work.I tried date(“{{ticket.onboarding_request.actor_1.cf_date_of_joining_iso}}”) and that didn’t work either.

Employee Onboarding Manager field to Microsoft AD

Hello,My onboarding is working and creating a user in the correct OU in AD. It also fills in most of their information. However, for the “manager” field, if I use their John Doe name it won’t work and throws an error saying that it can’t find such a name. If I use JDoe it works fine, but this field pulls from Freshservice a list of all the managers and is a dropdown on the onboarding form. I’m not sure why it’s not working, because the full name is the distinguished name. In other words, only the SAM account name will work in that field, not the actual name. What am I doing wrong?

How to check if an OU exists in AD Orchestration and if not, throw an error?

I am using the employee onboarding module, which I’ve found to unfortunately not work very well with the workflow automator, reader, or expression builder for very simple things.I have a workflow which creates users in our AD once on onboarding ticket/module is filled out by HR and the manager. I have the automator check if the name exists before creating the user, and it puts them in the correct OU by assigning the PATH based on city, department, and overall region.However, there is no way I can see to use a conditional block to check to see if the OU exists. Right now, if I create Sherlock Holmes in North America > Los Angeles > Temps, for example, no such OU exists. The workflow will happily run without notifying that it didn’t create the user.So far my experimentation with a Custom Object as per this thread has not worked - Anyone know how to do that?

Auto-created asset/software tickets Employee Offboarding can't be deleted

Trying to get this module to be useful. I can’t customize it because even if I turn off Asset/Software, these tickets still exist. The 2nd Revoke Software access is one I created to try to get around the fact that you can’t alter certain fields, but that didn’t work, and now it’s just stuck there.Is there a way to reset the offboarding module or delete these child tickets?

Azure Orch - Remove Multiple Groups?

Hello,I have successfully checked the user ID and group IDs with Get User Details in the Azure Orch, but for Remove User from Group, Freshservice will not accept multiple group IDs separated by commas. It will only accept one at a time. For an offboard, how am I able to remove them from all their groups after disabling them?I must be missing something, as there would otherwise be no way to have individual steps for every group, or if there were, that would be needlessly complicated.

FS MS orchestration app can't parse apostrophes in first name

Hello,Trying to get a new user with an apostrophe in their first name into Active Directory.FS will say it successfully creates a user with, say, L’Verne or T’Test etc. as the first name, but it won’t because FS can’t parse the apostrophe per support.I’m trying to see if I can strip the apostrophe from the first name with expression builder but this won’t work - Any ideas of how to get a user with an apostrophe into AD? I can add a user manually no problem, so it’s not a limitation of AD.
