Difference between Resolved and Closed?

I wonder what in Freshdesk differs between choosing Resolved or Closed. Is this just to be used to organize the work better among agents or does it have any practical influence?

Search doesn't work well with email adresses

If I type emailname@gmail.com in the search box, it returns nothing in the popup even though there are tickets associated with that email. If I put emailname@gmail. (without the "com") it works, but as soon as I type the "c", the results vanish.

When will next update be released?

I find many small problems reported on the forums and I wonder when they will be fixed. Is there a new version coming soon? Everything just seem so quiet around here lately :(

Variables in Password Reset Email and User Activation Email

Both mentioned templates have no upper-right corner link that allows you to add the system variables. Must be a bug as these templates support these kind of insertions.

Reports Date not working?

We have 3 agents and the three answered many emails today, but when I filter the Agent Report with today's date, it shows no results whatsoever.

Storing images and css (and maybe js) locally for widget

Any chance this might be possible? That would prevent aditional loading request for freshdesk's server (which in my case are significant).

Error with Widget and Smarty templates

Fórum monitoring alerts

As far from now, I can point two things that must be improved in the alerts sent by email to those who are monitoring a specific thread on the forums: - The user should not be receiving alert of the own posts (just posts of other users)- A link in the email would help to get back to discussion as soon as possible :)

Small field update messes up with rules

If I have a dropdown with Option Blue, Red and Green; and if I have a rule that says that anyone that selects Green will have the ticket assigned to group X; if I change the name of the option "Green" to "Lime Green", the rule will change the Green value to the default one (which is the first - Blue). Therefore I have to correct all rules that envolves Green.

Double paragraph in Signature

I've noticed that double paragraphs aren't allowed in signatures in order to make more space between elements. That is not good because HTML tags aren't allowed either. I want to make: "Best regards,Mario" to "Best regards, Mario"

Double line options doesn't format well

Pagination with errors

When I go to "Tickets" the default Sorting is Due by Time. I find that I have recent tickets FIRST. If there is a second page, and if I click on that page, the Due by Time sorting inverts so that in this page I see the First tickets at the end. If I go back to page 1, it behaves like expected, so no problem here. This is very annoying.

Default cursor postion in Reply

With the latest upgrade, the customer's email is pasted below our own reply. The cursor should begin above the signature like before but it is showing up in the last line of the quoted text. This should be fixed because it is a bit annoying having to scroll up and click every time we want to reply.
