Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'code')

When we attempt to connect a Zap to freshsales, we get this error:

Currently undertaking this FreshService / Unified CRM / FreshSales intergration

Just a heads up to say that our company is attempting to use this. A contact / account created in FreshService gets synchronized back to CRM/ Sales  Note that it only works for newly created accounts Unfortunately the apis provide different contact and account ids between FService and FSales/CRM making it alot more difficult to pull data from one api call to the other. In Fresh service you can see a Freshworks CRM plugin option, lets you click contact or account and you can drill down into data on both to see meta on the other side. option to browse url In CRM/Sales under account or contact you can see a Freshservice plugin option, very useful for sales, list all of the open tickets that support are dealing with for that customer (MSP)  From Sales a ticket /change etc can be created using the workflow tool, but its limited in fields, no custom fields . only makes a basic web request and no processing engines like you have with the workflow tools in Fservice.  Needing to use the workf

Gap Analysis - Freshsales Suite / CRM

What are others peoples experiences with FreshSales suite from a Gap Analysis perspective.I only have the one competitor program i am comparing against, but as our companies current business processes are built on the reporting data provided we need to make sure that gaps can be closed if adopting this product. Areas affected so far:no underling buy prices so no profits can be calculated deal value is not the total deal value over the whole term deal value amount is only valid for the first billing month.(setup/ one offs) deal line items are not accessible in workflows original products are used as a template but a discount changes that value deal line item values are not accessible as summed totals on deals.  Total profits can not easily be calculated on a deal culmination of the above

Issue in Oauth file

We are developing a paid app, Freshsales - Sage integration. In that integration we are using account level Oauth to authenticate Sage. (I've attached the sage documentation for your reference) Please find Sage document here When the app is authenticated for the first time, the refresh token and access token is getting generated and the sage APIs are working. But after the expiration period of the access token, the refresh token flow is not happening. We couldn't be able to check whether the refresh token is getting stored in the app storage since we weren't able to run the app locally.  Could you please help us with this? In the postman, we were able to see that refresh token also getting returned along with the access token.  I've attached the file that we are using (oauth_config.json)

How to get the current record ID from app.js

Hi everyone!I am starting to develop a custom application, I used the Freshworks CLI to create my project and I am creating my custom application, writing code.So, I have a question: How can I get the id of the current record?My custom application runs on top of the deals module, and it is a form in which I want to load data from the contacts module. So, I think the steps to achieve this are:- Get te current record ID (?? How to get this current record ID ??).- With te current record ID, make a GET request to deals module including their contact info to get the respective contact ID.- With the contact ID, make a GET request to contacts module to get the neccesary data to auto fill the fields on the form.I expect to someone can help me.Regards.

How can I generate CRM for 30 patients with optimised code in R
