Hi! How do I remove the automatic cc from responding to tickets? Now, each response to tickets activates the cc with the email that communicates with fresdesk, creating double tickets.How can I remove the cc? Thanks

Filtering tickets using custome fields

I would like to raise a query regarding the filtering of tickets based on custom fields. I have observed that when attempting to filter tickets based on custom fields without options, such as 'cf_external_id,' I receive an empty response. Unlike custom fields with predefined options, filtering based on custom fields without options does not yield the expected results for a custom field with predefined options, the response is successful but empty unlike a custom field with predefined options . Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

How to check who closed a ticket

Hello,I'm looking in the system and I can't find it. Is there any way to check the timline for a specific ticket, who closed it, who assigned it and all other information? Do you need to have administrator rights?

Selection of different notification sounds

I work in parallel in 2 different projects and virtual systems with the ticket system and have the problem of not being able to distinguish acoustically where a ticket has just been set - because the sound is identical in each of the environments - and also cannot be changed or customized. Are there plans to expand the settings to offer a selection of notification sounds so that a difference can be made in parallel systems?Thanks in advance for any feedback

Hello Team,I would like to implement a process within my organization. Currently we are using Fresh Service as a ticketing tool. We would like to create a Templates for certain repetitive tasks within Fresh Service. Once the ticket is created by using the Template , we would like to invoke the Power Automate to get all the details and do the automation for us.
