This enhancement is applicable across all Freshmarketer, Freshsales Suite, and Freshchat accounts for Email Campaigns, Journey Emails, and Transactional Emails.What has changed?Previously when setting up an Email Campaign, Transactional Email, or Journey Email, the first step was configuring the campaign settings, which included the sender name & email address, target audience, email subject line, and more. This mandatory step had to be completed before configuring your email design, leading to a poor user experience.With the latest update, you can now get started with designing email campaigns right after choosing a template. Once your email is ready, you can configure campaign settings as the last step. Bug FixesWhatsApp Campaigns: A few users reported errors with Personalization whenever the symbol ! was used along with other alpha-numeric content. This issue is now fixed.Segments: Some users reported errors with data validation while using Custom Events and Custom Event filters. This issue has been fixed.SMS Campaigns: A few users reported errors with the “Remaining Characters” text while setting up SMS Campaigns. This issue is now fixed

New Features and EnhancementsRevenue Attribution Reports for Shopify accounts: D2C customers can track the revenue generated from individual Email and WhatsApp campaigns in Freshmarketer. With the new update, every campaign has a new widget for revenue and orders under Analytics. Businesses can also access the journey report to view revenue contributions from every channel and order details.How does this work?When your customers click on any link in your Email/WhatsApp campaigns and place an order within seven days, the revenue from that order will be attributed to the respective campaign. New contact fields like ‘Most recent campaign,’ ‘Most recent source,’ and ‘Most recent medium’ will be updated with the latest campaign details the user has clicked on. Learn more about attribution reports here →Email in inboxSupport emails are now available in the chat inbox. Businesses can now let customers choose their favorite apps to reach out for support. This issue is now fixed Time Delay Block in Journeys: Some users reported an issue with the Time Delay Block in Journeys, which failed to render when more than one block was configured. This has been fixed. Segments: A few users reported that they were unable to select Facebook Lead Forms while creating a Segment. This issue is now fixed.

This has been fixed.Session Replay: A few users reported an issue with the search bar under the Session Replay Module. Users were able to locate recordings only while searching with the entire name. This issue is fixed.

New Features and Enhancements Channel Reachability in SegmentsWith the latest update, you can now view the reachability of your campaigns within Segments. Reachability is the distribution of your contacts across the different channels that you can engage them. Get data on the number of contacts distributed across various channels. New Features and Enhancements Account-based segmentationCreate segments based on the related account properties of contacts in the CRM. This will enable you to filter out contacts based on account field values and add them to journeys or campaigns. Account-based segmentation is helpful when you would like to target contacts belonging to select organizations. You can also target accounts based on industry type, employee size, or annual revenues.More details here. Record TypesRecord Types allow you to classify data in contacts, accounts, deals, and custom modules so users from different roles can consume and update data in the CRM in different ways. This is possible by having different field permissions and data scoping per record type per role. Based on the record type, administrators can also set up different types of follow-up processes or automations like workflows, sequences, auto-assignment rules.More details here. Note: This feature has now been rolled out only for new sign-ups. Bugs:  Roles and Permissions: A few users reported that they were unable to add or revoke the roles permission for Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Deals, and Custom Modules. This has been fixed.   Lifecycle StageA few users reported that deleted Lifecycle stage statuses were showing up in the contact details page. This has been fixed.   Left Nav Bar:Several users reported that the Left Nav Bar in Existing Growth plan accounts were not getting loaded. This has been fixed.
