How can I insert a custom Font Type into [Agent portal default font preference] email reply?

Hey @Christina H ! This was a point I raised a few months ago and one I do think would be really useful to have in the future. Brands love to have their own unique identity and this would help to strengthen that! Fingers crossed it gets considered soon!

Hey! I would also like to see massive improvements to the CSAT that can be offered. 1 question feels limiting and verbatim feedback is an absolute must to celebrate agents and great experience they give as well as learning how we can improve!

Automate a reply message to the WhatsApp users

Hey!We have our WhatsApp messages route through FreshChat if that’s an option you can take?Through FreshChat we are able to apply automations using an app so any time a customer sends us a WhatsApp message it will send a pre-defined message explaining our open hours.I am also sure you can apply bots to WhatsApp through FreshChat also which could capture customer details.Hope this helps.

Hey @zuza ! Sorry about the delay in responding here. I don’t produce any tools apologies if it came across like this! We just used the native functionality of FreshChat to import our WhatsApp number, I would reach out to support@freshchat.com if you need help getting the number in to FreshChat.From there any time a customer contacts us on WhatsApp it appears as a message in FreshChat with the customer’s mobile number.You can then download the Advanced Automations app in FreshCaller and send an automated initial response message from there.I do know they have recently allowed you to apply Chat Bots in FreshChat to WhatsApp messages so this may be even more effective than our current set up of using an App to display an initial response message, something I will be looking to achieve in the near future!Hope this helps!

We do not use FreshMarketer but definitely could see the benefit of ChatGPT across many other FreshWorks products. Look forward to hearing back from you.

Agent Performance reports

I don’t have the exact same use case but I do find some of the curated Analytics reports do not just have the flexibility and ease of use as some of the Legacy Reports. I’ve also been told by support in the past there is a plan to decommission these legacy reports so I am worried for when this happens.

Signing out Agents from Phone System when accidently left logged on.

Hey, thanks so much for this, his sounds like there is a way to force an agent in to offline if they’re not available to do it themselves.I will say it is a little past me in terms off technicality, is there any way you can write a simple guide for me to use so I can test?I am little unsure how to use API calls and update it as you explained.Please don’t worry if you don’t have the time to.Thanks.

I realy need Sort by columns.

@Dloiacono have you tried creating an Analytics report to search for tickets with a particular subject? I have one created and I change the filter system to include subjects that contain whatever phrase I am looking for and then I am quickly able to get how many tickets we have with the same or similar subjects.I will say 1 limitation is you can’t set this to look at the description of the ticket which I personally would find really useful. I have raised this and hopefully one day it will change.Screenshot to give you an idea of what we have set up.

Analytics reporting download

Hey! No question is a dumb question, I always find the files just go in to my downloads folder. You can also click the top right of your browser and it should show the download as being complete / provide a list of your downloads. I know it does that on Chrome but will of course be browser dependent.
