freshservice subject field format

good morning, is there a way to amend the format of the subject field in FreshSerivce.currently the ticket number is at the end of the ticket subject. we’d like it to be at the beginning.subject current format example: test subject #INC -123preferred format: #INC - 123; test subject.

freshservice status when closing ticket

we’ve had a request to have a status “canceled” that also closes a ticket, but keeps the status as canceled, the status doesn’t change to closed. is that possible? is there another option - perhaps a custom filed would be the answer?

sending notifications to external parties

Is there a way to use Canned responses to inform a group of people (who don’t use freshservice) of information they need?for example our payroll team need to know of new starts and doing this within freshsevice would be great.we could setup recipients, the email body (which could be customized) and send it within Freshservice. If not possible in canned responses, is there another way to achieve this?

Azure AD field, freshservice user fields

can I please get advice on how to amend the mappings from Azure AD to Freshservice?Currently Department field in Azure AD maps to Department in Freshservice.I would like to change that as follows:Azure AD field “company” to map to Department in freshservice.I can’t figure out where to do that - I think in the freshservice Azure Enterprise App?

schedule export tickets

is it possible with my plan (growth), to schedule an export of all tickets on a weekly basis? all fields, all tickets?I can see curated reports, however they don’t have the information i’d like.

reactivate multiple requesters easily/quickly

Is there a way to activate many requesters in bulk? Due to some unrelated work (I think), I have around 300 requesters that are currently deactivated in freshservice, and I want to re-activate them.

I recently created a new workspace and now have the following setupprimary workspace  - WS1new workspace - WS2global form fields for category I have the following options:cat1 with no subcategoriescat 2 with sub1, sub2, sub3 subcategoriescat 3 with sub4, sub5, sub6 subcategoriescat 4 with sub7, sub8, sub9 subcategoriesfor workspace WS2 - is there a way to only display categories cat1 and cat3  when a new ticket is being created manually?for workspace WS1 - is there a way to only display categories cat2 and cat4  when a new ticket is being created manually?
