Find, vote on and share ideas for Freshworks products. Here is how it works and what happens next.
Every idea has a status. It shows where the idea is today.
Not every idea makes it to the end. Some stay open for votes as Future consideration. Others are Closed.
You get an email each time the status of an idea you posted, voted on or subscribed to changes.
No. Planned means the idea is on the roadmap. Timing can change as priorities change. We update the status when work starts and when the idea ships.
Six questions most people ask before they post.
An idea is a request for a feature or improvement that is not in the product today.
Something broken? That is a bug. Please contact Support so they can help you.
Yes. If a similar idea exists, vote and comment on it instead of adding a new one. Duplicate ideas split the votes, so no single idea shows how many people want it.
You get an email when the status of your idea changes. To follow an idea you did not post, subscribe to it.
An idea can be closed for one of these reasons:
Closed ideas stay searchable, so you can still read the comments.
The quickest way to make an impact is to back an idea that already exists.
Open the idea and select the vote button. Voting shows us which ideas matter to you. You need to be signed in to vote.
Open the idea and add your comment. The most useful comments say:
"I agree" helps less than a short example from your own work.
Select Subscribe on the idea. You get an email when the status changes or when someone replies.
Submit a new one. Use a clear title and describe the problem, not only the solution. Then we can see what you need, even if there is more than one way to solve it.

The tickets list view on high screen resolutions is very bad. (see Attachment). I think it's a bug to fix. Freshdesk team can you fix it?
The old thread is going on 10 years old now with the request that something as simple as text sizing be added. Currently there are very little options for any kind of text or inlight formatting of forum posts.Any basic WYSIWYG editor has these things. Or at least allow forum posts to be HTML enabled for copy and pasting text already formatted.
When building an automator flow, the ticket fields that are of date-time data type are not available. Is this a bug?
As the title says, I would like to see a multi select field type added. We have use cases where a requester would need to select several answers from the one question.
It would be nice to be able to send a test notification while editing a notification to verify the results of changes made to notification templates.
We use the xx.xx.xx (major, minor, patch) format for release numbers. The release screen is currently missing the description. it would be useful if it would be available here.
Is it possible to either sort the tickets (in list view) by Response SLA instead of Resolution SLA?If not, would there be a way to customer the dashboard so that I could see all the tickets with SLA breaches?
I need to offer a Dropdown field with different values based on the Contact's Company. Note: All of our Contacts are signed in to enter a ticket.Example:Contact_1 (Company ABC) enters a ticket and sees a drop-down field with the following values: Store_1 Store_2Contact_2 (Company 123) enters a ticket and sees a drop-down field with the following values: Dog Cat HamsterIs there a way to display, or hide fields, based on the Company of the signed in Contact that is filling out the ticket?Note: This is high importance to us at this time.Thank you in advance.
In order to check on any aging Unresolved Tickets, I would like an option under the "Created" field where I can select tickets that were created more than "X" number of days ago. Then I could look at Unresolved tickets older than a week or two weeks to spot-check for any outstanding issues that need managerial support.
Hi,I suggest more freedom or alternatives for controlling when a Survey is changed. Our experience is that respondents reach survey fatigue fast if they are in contact with our support on a regular basis.Preferably we would like to survey our customers not after every ticket is closed but at every second, every third etc. ticket is closed. To rely on Agents to manually look this up and include the survey link is not a robust solution.Respondent fatigue is a well-documented phenomenon that occurs when survey participants become tired of the survey task and the quality of the data they provide begins to deteriorate. It occurs when survey participants' attention and motivation drop toward later sections of a questionnaire or when surveys are sent at a high frequency rate.
Hello guys, I have some clients reporting that would be interesting to have more than one active satisfaction survey at the same time, it is now possible to create multiple satisfaction surveys, but only one active. It would be interesting to be able to create a satisfaction survey and link it with a product, or a group, or type, to be triggered specific satisfaction surveys based on any of the items mentioned above.
Currently and I do not know how, our customers have a hard time figuring out which option in the Survey is a positive review and which one is negative. We end up with a negative score when they actually meant to give a positive review and this is confirmed by following up on the feedback, sometimes they submits multiple feedback because they get it wrong. Can we please get some options for Emoji style faces in the survey email, all I need is a Happy, Indifferent and Sad face and I think this would pretty much make surveys much easier to fill out.
Currently Rule and SLA are working on first condition match in order to match , it can be basis on best match condition of All SLA's and All Rules.
As a support manager, I would love to both receive FreshDesk notifications when the SLA is violated and have those notifications prioritized above others in the FreshDesk mobile app. I need to be made aware of SLA violations outside of work hours and I receive too many emails for that to be helfpul enough.
