Why is it that in every screenshot of a release note, we can see the contact’s profile picture showing up in the conversation tab, but the Freshchat support team told me that—even if I add a picture to my contact—it will never appear in the conversation tab? So, who’s wrong: the release note screenshots or the customer support team? 🤔  

Is there a way to order tickets alphabetically from Z-A rather than from A-Z? We currently have manually sorted tickets which have titles with versions at the end (like "XXXX 1.2.3" where XXXX never changes) but want to switch to alphabetical ordering so the highest numbered versions show at the top.  Is there a way of doing that?

Hello  How can we customise the ‘Article Voting’ text (see below image for what I am referring to). We simply want to change the text to “Was this article helpful? Yes No”. Hi,I am looking to set up a workspace for both our Facilities Dept and our Finance Dept.I have only just started on this and have ran into these blockers already:Cannot take existing service items/categories or workflows and put them into different workspaceOn sandbox:Cannot publish service item until workspace is publishedCannot publish workspace in sandbox accountIs there no way of moving service items from the default into a new workspace? I do not want to re-enter them all as this will mess up the data we already have. Not sure if this is an available option once the workspace is published and do not want to publish it on live yet.I may just route the tickets to go to the facilities workspace from the default.Thanks,Elisha

I’m wondering if/when it will be possible to remove this indicator from a ticket. It’s annoying to be trying to visually scan the ticket queue and not be sure if I’ve already addressed something. Sometimes customers send auto responses, “thank you,” or “give me a few days” messages that don’t need an immediate response. I see that this is an issue that was brought up previously and the discussion was closed two years ago with a “bear with us” message. Any actual updates on the status of that change?

Hello!I am using Freshdesk, and have multiple customer companies. I have a portal set up for each company, with a custom url.I’m trying to get Freshdesk to be able to associate company A with company A’s portal and tickets, and company B with company B’s portal and tickets. I’d need the system to send the correct activation URL as well in the activation email. I am struggling to figure out how to do this. Is this possible? Should we only have one portal? If only one portal, how will the portal and system know to only show company A’s forms to company A users (and only show them tickets for company A as well). Thank you!

Hey everyone. So, I’ve got the WhatsApp Plus integration set up with Freshsales Suite CRM, and I’m able to test campaigns using WhatsApp Plus templates without any issues. However, I’m wondering if there’s a simpler way to send WhatsApp Plus messages directly to a contact without going through all the steps like creating a segment, setting up a journey, and waiting for triggers. Is there a way to just click a button, kind of like sending an email or SMS, to send a message via WhatsApp Plus Activador?Any easy solutions would be really appreciated

Background: So our HR team puts a csv on a fileshare with a list of users that have left our organisation. I have a powershell script that checks that share every hour and will only run if there’s a new file. The PowerShell Script handles all the offboarding of use but we’re still required to log the ticket manually on Freshservice.Unfortunately, my API knowledge is very limited and I have no idea how to even get started on this. I have a scheduled workflow that checks if it is the “hold until date” (custom date field), and if it is, moves the ticket from hold or pending to open for review. As part of the workflow action, I would like to also reset the “hold until date” to a blank value. Is there a way to do this from the workflow action, or do I need to use a webhook? One thought I had was to use an expression node to produce a null date, then set the date field to the output of that expression, but I couldn’t get a formula to pass validation.

Hi,I’m trying to create a workflow that will notify the requester when the agent adds a note to the resolutions tab. I’ve reached out to the support team and they’ve confirmed there isn’t a condition/function available yet for the resolutions due to it being a relatively new feature, but may be an enhancement coming soon. Apologies if this has already been asked, haven’t found anything related in the search results. Is there a way to prevent my agents from being able to see the Satisfaction Survey responses in tickets? Currently it gets put into the ticket as a reply and emails the agent to tell them a response has been received. I don’t want my agents to be able to see the responses or results of a satisfaction survey because I have a requirement to review responses and make sure they are genuine and not likely to have a negative impact on my agents just because an end user feels like being mean.

Hello, I’m having difficulties configuring the integration between Freshservice Alerts and SolarWinds.I used this documentation:https://support.freshservice.com/support/solutions/articles/50000002747-integrate-solarwinds-npm-with-freshservice-alert-managementWhen trying to simulate the alert SolarWinds says that ‘action executed successfully’ but the test alert is not created in the alerts section in Freshservice.API reference at https://api.freshservice.com/#introduction shows CURL examples only for tickets, changes etc. but not for Alerts.Can anyone suggest how can I debug the configuration using CURL or some other method?Has anyone successfully configured the integration with SolarWinds? Any gotchas you experienced during the integration setup?Thanks!P.S.I’m not a developer.
