How to restore Freshchat after window.fcWidget.destroy() call?

According to the documentation (https://developers.freshchat.com/web-sdk/v2/#messenger-api) we can destroy the Freshchat via `window.fcWidget.destroy()` call. But how to re-initialize the Freshchat again?It doesn't work via `window.fcWidget.init()`

Resolution Time in Bhrs in the Analytics Data Export shows huge Number

This question was asked a few years ago by bhota, but it did not appear to be answered. A data export is scheduled in the path Analytics > Settings > Data Export to export all Tickets through the API that is consumed by Power BI application. The field Resolution Time in Bhrs is imported as a whole number and shows a number like 58453000 which does not make any sense because the ticket the actual data is something like 16hrs 14mins It imports as a whole number and when you try and change to a time it errors out

Freshdesk - Apps - Microsoft Teams

When first configuring the Teams app integration, it let me select a team and channel but never let me configure the channel notifications. I removed the integration, team and channel. I then added the integration back, created a new team and channel and get the same error I was getting before when I couldn’t configure the channel notifications. Attached is the error message I recieve. I’ve been trying to get this working for a couple weeks now with the same errors. I’ve tried it on multiple PCs, different browsers and all from different locations. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Freshservice and PagerDuty - Multiple Configurations

We currently have the PagerDuty app integration set up and configured within Freshservice, allowing us to create incidents in PagerDuty through ticket-based workflow automations. This setup works well and enables us to trigger incident creation in a specific PagerDuty service as defined in the app configuration. However, we now have a second use case where we’d like to trigger incidents in a different PagerDuty service — also based on a Freshservice workflow automation. The current app settings appear to support only a single PagerDuty configuration, which is tied to one service. Is there a way to enable multiple PagerDuty service integrations from Freshservice, either through additional configurations, workarounds, or from the PagerDuty side? Specifically, we’re looking for a way to direct incidents to different PagerDuty services based on workflow conditions or ticket attributes. Any guidance or suggestions on how to approach this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
