How could we display the login page in the language of the user's browser (or system)

@dortez88 @mrenWith the recent upgrade to Freshworks organisation, the login page for Freshservice would be redirected to the Freshworks Neo center and in the subsequent login page, users would be having the ability to choose the language in which the page needs to be displayedWould this be helpful for you which would help users to view the page in different languages as per their preference.Thanks.

Software Inventory - Notifications on Restricted software

Hi @raymondcanilao We currently would need to manually update the software as restricted and track the installations within Software Inventory to view the list, there’s no notification or automation that is setup behind this at this point. Employee Onboarding - Child Tickets

Hi @DevonGansebom , it is not possible currently to set the parent ticket’s agent to the child tickets as well. I would like to understand if there’s a possibility for you to not create these child tickets but keep all the items under a single ticket as additional items. The reasoning behind child tickets would be to route these tickets to individual groups who would be responsible to perform the respective action. If you would like to retain all these tickets under the same agent, can we avoid the creation of child tickets and link all the respective items under the same ticket?Thanks.

Approval requests non Service Request

Hi @V.Westberg Approvals are limited to only Service Requests and Changes. We would not be able to trigger approvals for Incidents in Freshservice. You can also choose to send email as an action and send an email to the security team with predefined content and use placeholders to share details specific to the ticket.Thanks.

Replicate ticket on 2 different platforms

Hi @juan.gonzalez We don’t offer a native integration or setup that could allow us to link tickets between two Freshservice instances. However, using our APIs and Workflow automators you can configure a setup between the two instances using Webhooks. This would not be a direct setup that sets up the ticket in both the instances, however this can be used as a triage mechanism if required between the two instances.You can contact our support team to help you in specific documentation regarding the same.Thanks.

Hi @raymondcanilao Yes, right now this is a manual process. We also have a feature request for providing analytics for Software section which could also provide you the necessary information. I have logged a feature request ticket on your behalf with our support team to track the progress.

Run automation workflow on specific date?

@Matt H and @zachary.king Our product team is working on time based automations within workflow automators. Your use cases should be possible once this is rolled out. Posting a few mocks shared by our Product Manager @vishal.abraham Timer Node: Adds a time delay between 2 workflow nodes. Time delays can be based on both calendar and business hours.Scheduled Workflows: Workflows that run on a schedule and process records based on the conditions specified. Thanks.

Igel thin client

Hi @alephtaph Our Discovery probe does not support discovery of thin clients. Though the probe would discover the device as a hardware device, the properties pertaining to the device won’t be discovered and also would create operational difficulties like creation of duplicate records within the inventory.

Run automation workflow on specific date?

@Matt H This should be available when the feature is rolled out. Our team is targeting a release for this in the next 3 months time, however things might get changed due to any unforeseen issues during final stages of testing. Add CC to "Send Email" Workflow Automation Action

It does look like one of the actions you can select in fresh service automator actions is a CC to. Is this what you might be looking for?      @keefe.andrews this action would be adding the email address as CC to the ticket and not actually send an email to the requester and CC participants. @Alefre We see that the CC emails when parsed through web request and obtained as a placeholder, the values get changed as the name of the user. We’ll take it up internally and see if there are any alternatives and keep you updated on the ticket as well as here on the community.

Creating tickets when emailing a mailbox in Freshservice from another mailbox in Freshservice

Hi @Dani This might be due to incorrect configuration of email forwarding, we have seen such similar cases in the past with few customers. Please log a ticket with the recent examples of emails which were not created as tickets and our team can help with checking the configuration.Thanks
