I work with a supplier that also uses Freshservice, is it possible to integrate our portals so that the tickets generated in my portal can be replicated in the supplier's portal so that the updates in these tickets are replicated?

Hi @juan.gonzalez - AFAIK there’s nothing innate to FS that will do this but the Zapier app does work with non-FS SAAS portals so … maybe? lol

We have similar clients with their own SAAS HD Portal and we just offer email forwarding and then ensure the tickets thread properly - we can’t enable some of the email notifications because of this pseudo-integration.

Hi @juan.gonzalez We don’t offer a native integration or setup that could allow us to link tickets between two Freshservice instances. However, using our APIs and Workflow automators you can configure a setup between the two instances using Webhooks. This would not be a direct setup that sets up the ticket in both the instances, however this can be used as a triage mechanism if required between the two instances.
