I, as well as 100's of other people are being scammed by Amazing Lola. They use your service to do this. I have reported this weeks ago and not even any kind of answer from FreshDesk. Obviously they don't care

We have team mailinglist, which is also connected to Freshdesk - all our emails show this as FROM address. Due to the fact that we need to have all correspondence replicated (including what we send out) in our e-mail inbox, I have created the following rule: When I send a test e-mail to support, then the CC is filled correctly by Freshdesk in the reply entry window. However, on sending the reply from Freshdesk, the CC gets removed. Note that if I add my_support_email@email.com manually to Freshdesk CC box, it does not get removed. And this is the expected behaviour

Hi, I'm using the software from China, And try to paste imaged into tickets but its too slow and take around 1-2 min to paste image, if I don't find solution I have to find another software. my internet speed is 100mb so its not the issue

Hello, it seems like there is no email sent out neither to contacts nor to my agents to activate their account and be able to login. The agents have different email providers (gmail, company mail server, etc.) and therefore it can't be a blocking/whitelist problem. Is there a problemn in the backend? Until this is solved I can not use the product at all. Thank you very much for your help, Kay

We're getting a message: Your Facebook channel cannot be accessed. It looks like your username, password or permission has recently been changed. Re-authorize your Facebook account. If we click the link, we will be taken to an invalid page. We can't turn off the message either. That's a little tedious! Can you please turn off the message? Although Blossom plan stil can't be SSL encrypted (which is insane in 2019 - why not allow us to pay for the certificate or bring our own?), the {ticket.url} tag in returns the url with https as protocol, resulting in alarming messages when the customer opens the link. It should be http for non-encrypted subdomains.

Is it possible to create multiple ticket forms? I need to have external links available for certain forms, or to certain configurations of the form. For example, In the screenshot below, I need a link to the form that has Course Fix Request already selected.

Maybe this deletes notes created in the primary. This is annoying and deletes important info. Nowhere when you merge does it say that it will delete information. This is unacceptable.

I need to edit details of a contact, but when I save the contact I just get a message, that there has been an error - without further details. I neither can delete the contact. So I am not able to create the contact again. It is just this single contact - other contacts are working fine. How can I solve this problem. thx for help Bastian

When adding a new time log, the first character typed in the notes section does not appear - for example, when starting a sentence with the word Change, the word I actually see is hange. The C does not come up. This has been happening for a couple of weeks now. It is also happening to all the other agents in our Freshdesk. Have tried opening in an incognito window and it still occurs.

Hi Several of our agent activation emails aren't being received. We're using google apps, we've checked the trash, the spam, we've checked the routing logs, nothing. Hi, I'm an active agent of Freshdesk. From 04.19.2020 I'm facing a weird issue. When tickets come with attachment such as images, and when I clicked on the images only a big square box appears. Apparently, I can't open any kind of image comes with the tickets. Please solve this issue.

Our agents are reporting a cursor issue while adding notes. See attached image on what a note looks like when it happens. The user was typing 'Missing dealer tax.'. We are using Chrome with the new mint interface.

Until last Friday, my in-app notifications were working perfectly. Today, however, it stopped working. It just indicates "No new notifications": I checked and there are new activities that should be shown in my notifications list (new tickets, for example). And if I click "Show more", nothing happens.
