Hi, I'm an active agent of Freshdesk. From 04.19.2020 I'm facing a weird issue. When tickets come with attachment such as images, and when I clicked on the images only a big square box appears. Apparently, I can't open any kind of image comes with the tickets. Please solve this issue.

Try accessing the tickets with attachments and images in an incognito window of the browser. Also, clear the cache cookies of the browser just in case and check if it works.
