Right now, occasionally the web browser saves some old textboxes entries. I don't have a screenshot right now, but instead of seeing the /c tooltips, the browser entires overlays them. It doesn't happen so often, but when it happens, It's a bit hard to handle. As I mentioned in another post, Shift+Del plus arrow keys handle this problem, but I'd suggest you to override the default browser default autofill history, if you know what I mean. I can provide an example later if it happens again, but it happens occasionally. I'll see if it happens again and then I'll come back later to report in.

Is is possible to get any data on how users are engaging with our in-app widget - the kind of help topics they are searching for, and trends?

Hi everybody! Iuse freshdesk to manage a mail address linked to a website. It all works very well except when our customers contact us via this page . The contact form send the mail to the oceaninitiatives@ surfrider.eu address since I can see the mail from Outlook. B ut it is not forward to Freshdesk. Do you know why? Thanks a lot

Hi Our Freshdesk Knowledgebase (https://ourdomain.freshdesk.com/support/home) doesn't show up on search engines such as Google. After reading some support articles, I tried https://ourdomain.freshdesk.com/support/sitemap.xml, but I get a page saying "The page you were looking for doesn't exist". Is there something I should be doing for search engines to view our site? Is this something only available for paid plans? Thanks

Hi, when I automatically forward emails from Thunderbird (via MessageFilter) it is forwarded as attachment intead of inline. That leads to a ticket with an .eml file in it, that is not displayed inline. Additionally the automatic drill down to the next unknown FROM-email-address to use it as the requester does not work. Any ideas about that? Thanks for your help

I understand the purpose and the need for shared ownership but I probably don't understand the working principles. I have enabled it in my trail, I also defined some groups and custom status fields. I understand that the correct group is to be set in the property "Assign to (internal)" after setting the custom status. This is what I did. My first question here is: Why is there a distinct property "Assign to (internal)"? I can also assign the same group to the regular "Assign to" property, even WITHOUT setting that custom field. The "Assign" properties allow only ONE choice (one group, one agent, or one group with one agent). So my next question would be: Why not simply allowing multiple choices in the "Assign" property (multiple groups, multiple agents of various groups, etc...)? All of them would then share the ownership.

IF you were listening, you'd give us the OLD interface, you know, the one that isn't buggy and laggy as heck, back and tell us you won't be adding new features to it. THEN WE could decide WHEN we'd like to move to this new, MUCH MORE CONFUSING interface. Since you AREN'T listening, maybe you could fix a very basic issue where when you backspace to delete a word, it automatically deletes the space once you delete the last character, and now you're typing your word attached to the previous. Example: I type "...this is where hoswe" I press the backspace key to delete only the "hoswe" characters, and start typing and it does this: "...this is wherehoses come in".

Hi, Our Harvest plugin is not logging the correct time. Agents either have their time logged for the previous day, or it is just logging 1 minute when it should be logging 1 hour.

Hi friends! We are coming up on year-end and the headcount justification season is upon us! I am curious if anyone else has figured out a great way to calculate headcount using existing FreshDesk reports or analytics using ticket volume, etc. We have seen monster gains in tickets YoY, but are struggling to quantify the exact number of heads we need to tackle the increase. Any suggestions, recommendations, or templates would be greatly appreciated.

I am trying to embed the ticket widget I created on a google site. When I use the code provided the widget is collapsed. I am not a program and do not under stand which value or where to add that value to make the for expanded by default. Right now it shows up as a Help? button but I want to display the form that expands after clicking that button.

I'm new to Freshdesk, and I am trying to export all my tickets to a report. I am viewing all my tickets - have even tried selecting all tickets - but the export only shows two or three tickets. Why? Is this because it only export a certain type of tickets, and if so is there a way to export all tickets?

Is there a way to create a new ticket automatically from an existing one? I was hoping I could just execute a scenario that keeps the original ticket intact, but creates a completely new ticket for a different department/agent. Doesn't seem to work in Scenarios, any other apps or workarounds you could think of?

Just wondering. My company has the blossom plan. and one of my clients (Companies) is asking for a bunch of contacts to be added to the system (NOT Agents) so they can report issues. I haven't found a limit, but the most I have added to date is 11 for one company. Not sure if this is limited or not? I don't even know how many contacts the client is thinking of adding, so this might not be an issue. I just wanted the information incase they want to add an excessive amount so I can say no or no problem :-)

We are looking for a way to send an email notification (to either a group or individual) if there are more than a certain number of cases open in a group at a time. Basically it would be a "all hands on deck" call if we get unexpectedly busy. Anyone know of a way to do this? Thanks.
