Freshdesk does not load in Firefox

I cannot access the dashboard as well as any other links. There is just a message that an error has occured.


macOS Mojave 10.14.3

Firefox 65.0.1 64bit


Any help appreciated.

    Yes, I have issues with Freshdesk and Firefox also. Seems to be some HTTP>HTTPS redirection issues. Stuck in loops.

    Doesn't happen in Chrome.

    But is does load in private mode


    I'm using firefox 73 on a mac.

    Hello everyone!


    Sorry for not being active in this thread.


    I hope the issue is fixed. Since things worked fine in a private window, clearing the cache and cookies in the regular mode should have helped. Does this issue still persist despite clearing the cache-cookies?
