When will a current vCenter version be supported by Freshservice Cloud Discovery - VMware Vcenter?

this does seem mad considering 6.7 was not support since 2022…… you have to wonder just what freshworks is up to with not keeping up tbh I guess they will add it to an add-on made together with the purchase of Device42 and then make you pay for it 😋

To overcome the FUP limitation I have now added a “Report Filter” over all my reports with a slider which defaults to 1 year and including a warning text. But as soon someone needs a reports the slider can be moved easily. The slider can be max 15 years as it looks like. This somehow solved my limitation:

are you sure you want to have a page filter? I usually use report filter instead of page filter, so that the metrics are the same for all report elements.Also each individual report element can have its own filter as well

wow, what a great list of updates. I am not sure how the “Business rules enhancement” works exactly. I tried to “remove option” “Close” from Status. It hides the button and it hides the drop down, but when opening a ticket which has the status “Closed” it will show as “Open” We solved that issue with two business rules. One for new Form and a 2nd for edit form edit form needs a condition, new form not: Greetings Alex Works like a charm! thank you very much!

How to parse JSON array

Ok I solved it by sending the whole array of objects into the PowerShell App and do my filtering there:$Json = '{{P1.root.groups.groups_object}}'$Object = $Json | ConvertFrom-json$Object | Where-Object groupId -EQ '{{R1.adobe_admin_groupid}}' | ConvertTo-Json{{R1.adobe_admin_groupid}} is filled form a Reader node with all the groupIDs in it in that case

Oh wow thank you. I have missed this somehow.Its not perfect, but better than nothing.Now they need to implement the custom fields also for the Group By function as I now need to add 30 different charts for 30 different Service Items with the same custom action names

Workflow Automator for MultiSelect Fields - how?

@msconfig87 and @Daniel Söderlund Would it be any easier using a custom object to handle the country and approval combinations. Then parse the array of what is selected from the drop down using the expression builder node before passing it to a reader node? Its early here so if I am off the wall, apologize for that lol. No matter what work around we work to create, we desperately need looping in workflow automators. My idea was as somthing in that lines of thoughts, having something like if(regmatch(“{{placeholder_multi_UK}}{{placeholder_multi_DE”}},“name of value1”|”name of value2”|”name of value2”),”ad_group_1”,””) Have one expression for each AD group needed. In the App node you add all of them in the group value. ( not sure if it can take multi group values other wise you need same amount of app nodes. haven’t tried that yet. But as I am familiar with powershell I have made a cheap workaround by just using the PowerShell App node and the using this script (I know its

Hi.Usually I do use a central credential object which I have stored in the Credentials Admin settings.This requires you to sacrifice an Agent license for a dedicated API user only used for API actions. Dear FreshService.. We have 8 Locations and therefore 8 MultiSelect options. Creating a workflow for this need us to make 2 ^ 8 - 1 lines to cover each option. That is 255 lines. ..Please allow us to split the workflow in multiple strings when having MultiSelect so that each selection ends in its own way…..

@Priyanka Doshi Thanks for implementing. It’s a bit very very dark - almost black.... But better than nothing.But it only works if tickets are requested by ticket portal.If mails are sent then the text is unreadable because of course already contains a html formatting:

With Workspaces coming I expect that this will effectively add another layer (as each Workspace can use its own knowledge base), but still.. good to know that there is more demand for this. @suresh1112 I will indeed raise this as an idea. @Rebekka_Beuth - fyi, maybe you can support it ;) your expectation was not met. it got worse. Workspaces has stolen one level and makes us leaving with only 2…Feature request:

Why can a child ticket not have another child ticket?

It sounds like this might be a good use for the allready existing Problems feature. You can link tickets back to an ongoing problem to allow for better tracking. It might work for your purpose. that is sure a good idea. however I wanted to have just a chain of tickets for better traceability of a specific ticket type without the need of creating a problem which stays open
