Using Freshservice

Hi,  Is it possible to set a field in Purchase Order to mandatory when PO state changes to Ordered? I can’t see anything in business rules for PO’s… Thanks, T.

Hello, I’m trying to build an asset flow that runs on schedule. I want it to run for hardware, but only specific types (laptop, desktop, etc.) The flow works fine when only one asset type is added to the condition, but does not work when I add more. How can I get this to work?  Thanks  

I have created a chatbot in Freshdesk using the Freshchat app. I want to see this chatbot in the Freshdesk customer facing portal. However, i cannot find any way to configure the chatbot to appear there… Is there a way to do so? If not, what really happens when i publish the chatbot? i cannot find it anywhere outside the chatbot creation page….Thanks,Zvi

Can someone share the different colored states for each ticket status? We are moving over from ServiceNow and I want to build a map between what we had and what we have now in Freshservice. I can find the statuses: OpenPendingCompleteClosedbut I can’t find a listing of the states that go with the statuses and the colors (like Open /New, Open/ Overdue).

Is there a way to make these task lists checkboxes instead of dropdown menus? I would like to hit a checkbox to stay this task is completed instead of hitting the drop down and selecting completed. It creates an extra unnecessary step.

I'm trying to access Analytics in Freshdesk, but I'm encountering an issue Why is this appearing on my module in Freshdesk, even though I have a role in the Analytics module? 

Hi!I'm probably not the only one who has done this, so I'm sharing a ready-made solution with you until Fresh introduces automatic import. :) I’ve split the solution into two separate PowerShell scripts. The first one takes a list of users to be added - it reads the "User" column, under which email addresses must be listed. Then it queries Fresh for the requestor ID of the person with that email. This is necessary because the import can only be done using the requestor ID, not the email address, etc. Notes for the first script:- Replace the paths where the file is located and where it should be saved after adding the requestor ID- Replace the API Key with one that has the appropriate permissions- Replace DOMAIN in the link with your domain- The command `Start-Sleep -Seconds 1` - you can change the number of seconds if Fresh is unable to handle the volume of your requests and therefore fails to find users- The final file will include an additional column with users who couldn't be found

I was interested in upgrading from the growth plan. I was trying to find a price difference and when I click next it said I ordered the product. I instantly sent an email to Freshdesk and called.  I told them that it was an accidental purchase, and I want refunded my money and put back on the growth plan. All I keep getting is the same email asking what the issue is with my pro plan and how they can help. They are intentionally avoiding refunding me my money. To me it seems like a poor business decision to lose $10,000 a year in business from us over trying to hoard a couple $1000 but it's your decision to make. I cannot get any answers from anyone on email, and they have stopped answering my phone call.I can't believe I have to go resort to filing with my credit card and blasting my experience all over the Internet.  Even trying to make this post is difficult. They don't have any subforums for billing
