I Have tried to change the cards' text to say something that makes more sense. Filling up a support ticket to Fill out a support ticket. Why doesn’t the FreshService HTML editor GUI support Named Anchors?  I understand it is possible to do this via the code view but this would be a huge boon to complex Solution articles and many of our junior team members are not prepared to edit these manually. I submitted this as a feature request years ago and it still hasn’t been integrated? I consider this to be a huge feature gap and wonder if I’m alone here.

Hello,  Under Service Request, a button to submit says ‘Post Request’ instead of ‘Submit’ unlike ‘Issue a Ticket’ page. (We are also using the new ‘Home Page Designer’) Is there a way to change it by any chance to ‘Submit’?  Just for testing, I inserted this code in ‘Page Layout’ which sorta does the job but not perfectly (One issue is it will say ‘Post Request’ temporarily before changing to ‘Submit’. <script> window.onload = function(){ var service_request_page = document.getElementById("service-item-request"); if (service_request_page !== null) { $('.place-request-footer input').val("Submit"); } };</script>  

Hello,We are trying to prepare an workflow automator, which will close parent ticket, when all related tasks are closed, but so far we didn’t find a way how to prepare condition, which on task closure will check all tasks related to the same parent ticket and if all are closed, to automatically close the ticket. Did any of you have such problem and maybe found the solution? It looks like quite obvious thing for such tool, but so far I didn’t find any solution for this problem. Thank you in advance.  

I have implemented SSO with JWT for FreshDesk and everything works well so far. We have a custom application where users log in to. And once logged in, they can click a Help link which logs them into FreshDesk on a new tab for the same browser. Our code kicks in when the Help link is kicked and we create a JWT based on the logged in user’s information and pass it to FreshDesk. The works great, but we would also like to implement the log out functionality.  Whenever a user logs out of our application, we would also like to log the user out of FreshDesk. I was trying to see if there is any API endpoint that I can access and pass the JWT token, where the FreshDesk application logs out the appropriate user. I was told that currently such API does not exist. Has anyone faced a similar situation? How did you implement this?

When submitting a ticket our Captcha section doesn’t change size. It starts off requesting a tick. If it goes to the click on the X pictures the captcha window stays the same size.Users have to scroll vertically and horizontally to view the pictures. How can I resolve this?

Hi everyone, I have been using Freshdesk with my support team for a year and I still have several things I can’t do (or at least, I have not found how to do them).First and foremost is the possibility to filter tickets, contacts and companies using contact or company fields (and more precisely custom fields). For instance, par of our customers have an « autonomy » contract while the other part have more assistance with several options in their contracts.I set it up in Freshdesk with several checkboxes (one for each additional option)I would like to be able to :list all companies with such or such option filter contact in companies with such or such option filter tickets with such or such optionI can access this by exporting my data but this doesn’t really help my support team for their daily work. Another example is the company name. We have the widget on our website with the CAPTCHA required to contact us. The CAPTCHA recently started having problems late last week and our customers were not able to contact us. We sent test emails and received the same error message.No matter what you do, you cannot get around the CAPTCHA as it always states that it fails. So I had to remove the CAPTCHA requirement for the time being. I raised a ticket regarding this matter on Wednesday but it seems that it is still being worked on. Is anyone else experiencing this issue and is a fix in progress?

Hi there. Does anyone know any CSS code we could use to try to change the colour of the announcements feature in Freshservice (front-end)? We are looking to find a way to make it stand out more from our portal banner. Or even if we could re-position it into the white space below that could also be a solution. Is there a way to hide dropdown choices in a ticket field based on the requestor’s company segment? In our ticket form, we have a Type field that determines which sections are shown. Only our Distributors company segment should be able to select the New license option.

Hi peers. I’ve been extensively trialing the only product I found to be suitable for our tiny 2 admin service company - TRENGO and have been impressed. Just before buying what will be for us the biggest investment of this kind I did another search and found FRESH. I can’t spare anbother 2 weeks of my time trialing this as the trengo trial has already disrupted us in a bad way. From what I can see straight away is trengo is double the price however they are on hand on whatsapp to answer anything which is a big thing for a novice user. This support does not seem to exist here - I called UK support and did not go through. Help articles take longer to explore and often the key pieces are much quicker to get to just asking someone who knows.We can get over this obstacle and learn ofcourse but here comes the second issue: Fresh offering at glance is convoluted, I basically want an omnichat but here I am being thrown about 12 different products at me all with similar name.  TLDR:I am reaching

Hi, I am currently re-designing our requester portal and I’m trying to find a way to pull the Announcements feature through to the front page (the same way it presents in the the default portal). At the moment it’s only visible under the user icon (see attached screenshots), is there a way to achieve this using code? Or will it pull through once the portal has been re-published? TIA!

I want to see the CC button on the submit a ticket page when I select "Can CC Only company contacts" from the ticket fields.  I checked the Display CC Field check box from Ticket Fields. I can not see the Add CC button when I check my ticket form. Note: If I select the “Can CC any email address” I can able to see the Add CC button in ticket form.When click the “Can CC any email address” But I want to see the Add CC button when I select “Can CC only company contacts”.When click the “Can CC only company contacts”Note 2; I have contacts assign to a Company.
