Our customers keep getting this error message over the last few days. How can we fix this? This happen for this particular customer right when they hit submit as they were attempting to submit a new ticket.

 Hello @todd_11602, good day! We could see that due to the spike in the spam score of your account, the account had been blacklisted which has been fixed now. 

Can you try creating a ticket and see if everything look’s good?
