Hello, is it possible to disable temporary group of customers (firm) or single Customer?

We need to capture ticket events, such as Ticket status updated, ticket closed. The frontend App does allow to listen to UI events, like closeTicketClicked. But, there are multiple ways to close ticket, and not events get capture.Are there any events triggered from backend that we can listen to? 

I have custom field having unique and mandatory restrictions. But still for some ids its creating duplicate tickets. Is there any way where freshdesk api, can check where the ticket is raised for custom unique field? Can you please help me.

Hi, Im having trouble setting up the Jira Integration, Im 100% sure that username and password are correct, i've logged out of Jira and logged back in using the same credentials im trying to use here, but when i try to enable the integration i keep getting "Login Failed"Do i have to change any config on Jira?, Any ideas?Regards,Damian

Say a customer responds to a very old ticket, but this time they CC some colleagues. As an agent, I want to split the ticket at the point of the new message, and I expect the CC recipients from the new message to carry over to the new, split ticket. As of now this does not happen, and the split ticket has no CC recipients associated with it.Also, as others have pointed out, I would expect for any other replies below the message that I split to carry over into the split ticket. As of now, only the single message you 'split' goes into a new ticket. Other replies below that message remain in the original ticket.

I've this problem: When I redirect my old mails from Apple Mail, I got the tickets in freshdesk from this mail history. But the timestamp is from now and not from the original mail.How can I solve this?Or how can I import old emails(not from gmail) in to freshdesk?Thanks a lot!Michael

Question regarding 'Login to the support portal':One of our customers clicked on the Link 'Forgot your password?' and tried to reset the password by entering her email address. After clicking the button 'Reset my password' the following message shows up 'You are not authorised to access this portal. Kindly contact your helpdesk administrator.'Why can't she reset the password?

Is there anyway I can increase the number of "To-do's" that are displayed on the dashboard.  Currently only lists 3 so need to scroll down each time I want to view.  There is plenty of room down the left hand side of page so cant see the problem.

I have exported fresh desk data in xml format.Now i need import in Salesforce.What are the solution for that.

Since we had Field Service Management added as an extra feature it has broken the ability to create tickets within FreshDesk and via our customer portal. One thing I have noticed is that when you log a ticket from within FD, if you change the Category field to be not a requirement when logging or closing a ticket, the ticket successfully gets created. This has all be changed since the new Field Service Management feature got added.

I have not been receiving tickets on my system since Saturday evening.I have checked the forwarders and they are okay and my support mail is okay since I can see mails coming to support@jacetechno.com but I still cannot see any ticket on my fresh desk dashboard.Kindky advise.

How do I view more than 30 unresolved tickets at once?I have tried adding &per_page=100 and ?per_page=100 at the end of the address line as per the API documentation however it will not work.I see a LOT of other people asking for more than 30 tickets per view as well.Why not just this in as a feature? It's not that hard...We need this!

Hello, I would like to ask about the implementation of phone calls to Freshdesk. Is it possible to connect directly via VoIP? If so, can anyone please send me how to do it? For explanation, we have our own PBX (MyPBX U100), which we need to connect to Freshdesk to pick up calls to support. However, we are not sure whether Freshdesk supports VoIP or whether it is possible to create a ticket using the API at least based on phone calls. Do you have any experience with this, or could you send me some examples how to solve this problem? I know about Frescaller, but we don't want to use their virtual PBX.  Thank you.  Regards,

Hi,i just create an account, and after entering my email information, i ccan only see that screen with Scheduled maintenancei just received that message from freshdesk : Your Account has been blocked due to high volume of traffic. If you feel your requests are genuine, please send an email to support@freshdesk.com with your account details.I just send an email, but i want to know how much time to repair ?kind regards

Does anyone else have an issue when creating a ticket or trying to reply in freshdesk, you can no longer type.  I have to go to another screen and refresh the screen and then come back.  It happens to more people than meWant to see if anyone else has this same issue.
