Freshdesk keeps returning me to the login page, and not letting me respond to any tickets.  Clients have also mention that the support crashes, and they are obliged to rewrite their requests numerous times before it is accepted.


How can we overcome the error?



Same here. I can log in at mydomain.freshworks.com, click to get to freshdesk and just after some seconds I get redirected to the old freshdesk login page.




I have found that it works in Google Chrome, sometimes.




How? Even in incognito mode I get logged out!?




We have this problem, too and it's annoying! We obviously can't do work and this has been happening for almost 2 weeks now.
