Shopify Tags - Not Synching

Currenlty missing over 100+ contacts with no shopify tagsin the customer fields area. I have been receiving updates but have no estimate on if this will ever be fixed. This is my second trial so we are working on 45+ days of nothing. Any help would be great as we are working on 2 months without the ability to use this CRM. Perhaps it’s not ready for shopify?

Hi All,I’m in need of some help when setting up workflows in Freshworks. I have workflows that ensure deat stages trigger updates to contact lifecycle stages, however, I am running into an issue if a contact has multiple deals associated.i.e. Contact 1 already has a Deal in the Won StageBut, Contact 1 is also associated to another deal in the Discovery StageHow do i prevent the workflows from automatically updating Contact 1’s lifecycle stage back to Discovery?The ideal workflow would beIF Deal Stage is in DiscoveryAND Contact Lifecycle Stage is not in Won UPDATE Related Contacts Lifecycle Stage Although these joint workflows don’t exist from what i can see.Appreciate any advice from the Community on this :)

How do FS customers measure sales funnel conversion rates?

Hello,Wanted to understand how companies using Freshsales track their sales funnel conversion rates? Let’s Imagine that our sales funnel is a typical one - Inbound lead, MQL, SQL, Deal. Typically we get a deal at the end from an account and that deal can be attached to one or more SQLs (contacts) – in this case, how is conversion rate measured? Since inbound leads, MQLs and SQLs are individual people and at the end we get a deal? So how do we compare these two metrics?

FreshSales Meetings tracking Complete vs Rescheduled

Hi Community… I am setting up my team in FreshSales and have run into an issue, I use Oncehub which automatically creates a meeting so that part is wonderful!The issue is when someone reschedules the meeting disappears that day and moves to the new day. granted that is exactly what I want but how can I track the daily report of what was completed vs what was rescheduled… Anyone have any ideas?

Hi all,Loving this community, I wondered if I could hear from other Fresh Sales customers on how they are using the quoting side of Fresh Sales. We have been struggling to get it up and running with our requirements and feel the module is limited compared to others out there Quotient, Xero, Hubspot.We want to be able to track gross profit by working out our sale price from our buy price, we want the sales team to able to enter this when they do a quote, but of course not show on the show to the customer. We also want to then have a field that works out net profit (gross - 25%), while we can do this with the deal fields we want to do it on quotes. Then have a sales dashboard to show the reps their weekly, monthly performance.Is anyone out there doing this? Thanks

I’m new to FreshSales and want to create a report which shows the data underlying a chart so I can export it. I’ve searched the forum topics and it looks as though I’d need to use tabular format or view underlying data. However, my Analytics report doesn’t have the show / hide underlying data option. For this report, the objective is to show a table of clients, relationship owner, and stage of the relationship, but I don’t have show/hide underlying on any reports. Hi everyone!Just getting used to using FreshSales and understanding how this awesome tool can benefit our team.Even the basic email tool is rather dynamic...and almost TOO much so.My question, is there a way to set permissions to simplify the formatting options in emails? Our team has a tendency to copy + paste many pieces and parts together in to emails and it seems as this can lead to the emails looking rather poor sometimes!Instead of teaching folks out to clean it all up, and not have 14 fonts & 4 font sizes and everything all mixed up...is there a way to have a default setting, not matter the content that is copied in?Thank you! :)

Create new Contact after payment is made

Really stuck on this one….I created a webform for customers to fill out right before they get to our stripe payment page so that we can auto create contacts in Freshsales. Great idea! Though I realized that they may move on to the payment page and then decide not to enter payment and close the window (if they change their mind of course). I really wanted to send an automated Thank You email as soon as a payment was made and at first was going to trigger a workflow tied to the webform (when contact is in webform product type then send email) something like that. Have no clue how to set this up after payment is made through stripe without bothering our developers because they are too busy with product to help with API.

In the Enterprise version we have several sales pipelines. If I want to view all my deals I can’t find a way to filer to see them that includes all deals regardless of Deal Pipeline. I have to choose each pipeline to see open deals for each. Is there a way to see all my deals regardless of Deal Pipeline?
