Hi All!I am currently building out our change management module in my sandbox environment. The business I work for has around 15 different CAB approval areas. A change requestor can select from 1 approver to up to all 15 if necessary to approve the change. The issue I'm having is once selected, getting the approvals to go onto the change in parallel, so that each area can approve or reject the change at the same time as any other, in order to speed up the change process.I have tried creating separate workflows for each area that triggers when a change is updated to the status of “Awaiting Approval”, and the condition of the “CAB Approval Area” field being chosen. If this matches, an approval email is sent to the Change Approvers. This works fine if one area is chosen, but I cant see a way to create in one workflow, a dynamic way of checking which “CAB Approval Area” has been chosen, and send an approval email to each area for them to approve in par

Hi everyone,Has anyone recently encountered issues making API requests to a Freshsales instance?I'm consistently getting an "Incorrect or expired API Key" error for a query that was working perfectly just a few weeks ago. I've already tried resetting the API key, but the issue persists.Here's what I've checked and observed:Previous Functionality: The exact same API request with the same authentication method was working fine a few weeks ago. API Key Reset: I have reset the API key for my user account, but this did not resolve the error. Authorization Header & Encoding: I've also looked into the Authorization header. When I send the API key in the way I believe is correct (and which worked previously), I receive the "Incorrect or expired API Key" error. As a test, if I try sending the request without what I believe to be the correct encoding/formatt

We sell License software services to clients that are renewable every year. for Ex we sell Microsoft M 365 license to customer on April 1, 2025. The same license has to be renewed on or before 31st March 2026. I wish to create automation where in my sales person get renewal message 45 days prior to expire date, and customer gets mail 30 days in advance for the expiry of license.

I’m currently building a custom Freshsales app and testing it locally by appending ?dev=true to the Freshsales URL.I’ve added the apikey through http://localhost:10001/custom_configs, and I do see the confirmation message saying:“App installation parameters have been successfully stored. You can now proceed to test the app.”However, when I try to retrieve the API key using client.iparams.get(), the value comes back as undefined.Is this the normal behavior during dev mode testing? Or is there a way to access the apikey while still running the app locally

When a lead is added in Freshsales, the lead’s data is run against the territory rule. If the data satisfies the conditions of the rule, the lead is assigned to the territory. Leads in a territory are auto-assigned to users assigned to the same territory in a round-robin fashion.

In FreshSales I know it is possible to perform basic calculations and produce a calculated field but was hoping to do this only in reporting rather than clogging up the field list.I’m looking to get a % of quote value converted purchase value/ quote value a a percentage but I can’t figure out how to do this in Analytics without the additional field added in the Deal module.

I don’t see any way to set default values in fields added to Contact, Account, Deal or Custom Modules.For example, I add a checkbox to a Custom Module,  There seems no way to cause the checkbox to default to “Enabled”.Likewise, if I add a dropdown list, I have no way to set the default selected item.Same would be useful for other fields such as:Text box Multi-select Date (for date I’d like to default to values such as +7days, +1 month, +1 year, etc.Is it possible to set default selected item?  How?

Against a deal I can report the total deal value, which is a combination of the product/s unit price and setup fee.I want to report on just the unit price or setup fee while using a date dimension from a deal. I’ve tried with a custom metric where I subtract the setup fee from the deal value to get the unit price, however when using the metric I am presented with only a created at/updated at date dimension. I want to use a date dimension from the deal. Have already tried custom attributes too without luck.It seems the unit price and setup fee are within the Deal Lines Items module.Happy to use custom fields on the deal but can’t seem to get to the Deal Lines Items into a formula in a deal.Slowly running out of ideas.Ideal scenario. A report that has deal closed date, by month, showing the values of the unit price and setup fee separately.Any help/ideas would be appreciated.

Our mutual client, the Sitkins Group, has been having trouble setting up the Zoominfo API connection. Everything appears to be working on the Zoominfo side, but they try to run an Enrich job and the job just spins and doesn’t do anything. We’ve done what we can to troubleshoot and are now reaching out to Freshworks for further support, as we have no visibility into the Zoominfo app that Freshworks built and are not sure what’s causing the job to spin without ever completing.

Is it possible to allow some users to create a custom module record and change a field while creating the record but not edit the field value later when editing the custom module record? (even if they own it).  Here is an example:We have a custom module record “Training” with a field cf_contact.  When a sales owner creates the record, they should be able to set cf_contact.   But if they sales owner then edits the record, they can no longer change cf_contact.I see under Admin Settings > Roles > Manage Roles > Sales user > Permissions that I can allow sales user to create but not edit the record.  But this applies to all fields in the record.  Can I make it so that the Sales user can edit other fields but not the cf_contact?It seems from the “Field Permissions” that if I make the field read-only the Sales user can’t  set the field when creating the record.

Hi, is it possible to customize the Freshsales meeting’s default email template?  Or is there option to stop sending the mail while creating the meeting.
