Appointment Retrievals Using API

Thank you for reaching out to us with your query.

https://developers.freshworks.com/crm/api/#view_an_appointment - at present, we only support two types of filtering with regards to filtering appointments via API, and i.e., viewing Open and Completed appointments.

• Open appointments show all the future meetings.
• Completed appointments show all the past meetings.

For Completed, you can use “filter=completed”
