Hello,We want to add a title for a section of checkbox fields to give our customers instruction. It would appear above the checkboxes and say something like “Please indicate which expenses you incurred”. I’ve included a screenshot of the section of this ticket form.  Thank you!Anna

On my portal, I would very much like to have a separate tab for FAQ articles. I also want the folders arranged in a list on the left, with the articles within showing in a list with only the title showing, with a expand/collapse button right next to each title, that makes the content of the article appear/disappear.Freshdesk themselves has this:Emails : FreshdeskHas anyone here been able to do this with coding? and if so, could someone maybe provide some snippets and a short explanation of how to do it?

Hi all,I am trying to modify our knowledge base view to show the category descriptions, but I cannot find instructions on how to include this. Is there custom code available to include the category description for each category when users are viewing all of our solution categories?

I have been testing out the sample API calls for the freshworks API for Integration that we need to do. I have tried to post to our API using Custom Objects I have already set up and received the message  "message":"POST method is not allowed. It should be one of these method(s): GET, HEAD"} We have the API Key and I can do a Get of the Custom Object Records but POST does not seem to be allowed  

Whatever mails I reply from freshdesk, all of the replied to cc show undelivered.This has started happening 4th Jan 2024 onwards.Refer image below: ( everything marked in cc is always undelivered, even though the email are operational. )

None of the link to the free themes are working.Can someone help out with free themes one can use? Its been a whole hell lot of work getting to see themes.Help!

Hello Berlin community!I have been hearing feedback on a few occasions that the current knowledge base hierarchy is not sufficient for some customers - this is especially the case for multinationals that operate at significant scale.Currently, Freshservice supports 3 layers (category, folder, item) which typically does not support use cases very well that have a) multiple functions working in one tenant and/or b) that have more demands on regional and country level distinction.Does this resonate with any of you? And, has anyone found any workarounds or ways of working that offset this current limitation somewhat?   

I Have tried to change the cards' text to say something that makes more sense. Filling up a support ticket to Fill out a support ticket. I have implemented SSO with JWT for FreshDesk and everything works well so far. We have a custom application where users log in to. And once logged in, they can click a Help link which logs them into FreshDesk on a new tab for the same browser. Our code kicks in when the Help link is kicked and we create a JWT based on the logged in user’s information and pass it to FreshDesk. The works great, but we would also like to implement the log out functionality.  Whenever a user logs out of our application, we would also like to log the user out of FreshDesk. I was trying to see if there is any API endpoint that I can access and pass the JWT token, where the FreshDesk application logs out the appropriate user. I was told that currently such API does not exist. Has anyone faced a similar situation? How did you implement this?

When submitting a ticket our Captcha section doesn’t change size. It starts off requesting a tick. If it goes to the click on the X pictures the captcha window stays the same size.Users have to scroll vertically and horizontally to view the pictures. How can I resolve this?

Hi everyone, I have been using Freshdesk with my support team for a year and I still have several things I can’t do (or at least, I have not found how to do them).First and foremost is the possibility to filter tickets, contacts and companies using contact or company fields (and more precisely custom fields). For instance, par of our customers have an « autonomy » contract while the other part have more assistance with several options in their contracts.I set it up in Freshdesk with several checkboxes (one for each additional option)I would like to be able to :list all companies with such or such option filter contact in companies with such or such option filter tickets with such or such optionI can access this by exporting my data but this doesn’t really help my support team for their daily work. Another example is the company name. I would like to add a custom button that redirects to a URL and integrate it into the help freshdesk widget. Is this possible?

We have the widget on our website with the CAPTCHA required to contact us. The CAPTCHA recently started having problems late last week and our customers were not able to contact us. We sent test emails and received the same error message.No matter what you do, you cannot get around the CAPTCHA as it always states that it fails. So I had to remove the CAPTCHA requirement for the time being. I raised a ticket regarding this matter on Wednesday but it seems that it is still being worked on. Is anyone else experiencing this issue and is a fix in progress?

Our company does a lot of service tasks for B2B customers, and they often have more than 1 item for us to service.  I have not been able to find any way for us to record these items in Freshdesk without having us type the items into the description box or any other free text fields. I would like to have a way we can record all items, AND draw reports on them. Anybody have any idea?

Is there a way to hide dropdown choices in a ticket field based on the requestor’s company segment? In our ticket form, we have a Type field that determines which sections are shown. Only our Distributors company segment should be able to select the New license option. 

Hi peers. I’ve been extensively trialing the only product I found to be suitable for our tiny 2 admin service company - TRENGO and have been impressed. Just before buying what will be for us the biggest investment of this kind I did another search and found FRESH. I can’t spare anbother 2 weeks of my time trialing this as the trengo trial has already disrupted us in a bad way. From what I can see straight away is trengo is double the price however they are on hand on whatsapp to answer anything which is a big thing for a novice user. This support does not seem to exist here - I called UK support and did not go through. Help articles take longer to explore and often the key pieces are much quicker to get to just asking someone who knows.We can get over this obstacle and learn ofcourse but here comes the second issue: Fresh offering at glance is convoluted, I basically want an omnichat but here I am being thrown about 12 different products at me all with similar name.  TLDR:I am reaching

Hi there! I am looking for a way to capture user input into Google Sheets in a WhatsApp bot or a similar integration with Excel sheets.

I want to see the CC button on the submit a ticket page when I select "Can CC Only company contacts" from the ticket fields.  I checked the Display CC Field check box from Ticket Fields. I can not see the Add CC button when I check my ticket form. Note: If I select the “Can CC any email address” I can able to see the Add CC button in ticket form.When click the “Can CC any email address” But I want to see the Add CC button when I select “Can CC only company contacts”.When click the “Can CC only company contacts”Note 2; I have contacts assign to a Company.

I haven’t logged into my account in a while and when I did so today, I had lost all access to the settings of my chat widget.I’m on the free plan and the only setting available to me is billing.I’ve no idea where all the other settings have gone. Has anyone encountered this before and know how to rectify it? Thanks
