Users from Yahoo and Google don't receive notification

Hello ,We have configured our own custom mail box, our Domaine users receive notification from freshservice without any issue, but our users from Google and Yahoo don’t.this is only when sending notification using our email from freshservice, when sending an email from our email straight to requester mail they received it without any issue.I hoping someone run int the same issue

Freshdesk agent view of tickets customization question about contact details

I would like to customize the fields shown in the contact details side panel when agents look at tickets. Is this possible? Here is my use case, I have all my users in the contact list and I have extra fields for them, such as what department they works in - say HR, Finance, Stores etc. and another field is what building they work in. Now I would this to be visible when I look at a ticket in the Contact details side panel - e.g. this screenshot. Some of this is visible when you press on view more info, but this is an extra step and should not be needed.Karl

Hubspot - Freshdesk out of the box connector

Does anyone know if its normal behavior for the connector to expect that all fields / properties coming from HubSpot should be mapped with those in Freshdesk else it will not allow any mapping i.e. It’s an all or nothing situation. This would also mean I have to create all those other unnecessary fields coming from HubSpot into Freshdesk as well.Is it not possible to select the fields you want to map instead of it dictating that we should map all the fields?I am trying by all means to avoid having to use an API to integrate these systems.

Emails from the same sender being merged into one ticket

Hello!We are experiencing an issue where multiple, separate emails, are being merged into one ticket. The emails are from the same sender and are being sent in fairly short successions. This is fairly common for us so I would really like to know how we can avoid these being merged.We have no “Merge” apps installed, so this is a freshdesk issue, has anyone else experienced this? Or has anyone found a solution?Thanks,

Newby here... be nice.... Changing Ticket Priority field

Hi, just about to take over a Service Desk and want to make some changes.Currently the SD does not use P1 - P4, the simply use Priory low, high etc.There appears to be no way to pre-set the user fields as above. is this the case?

Guten Tag, momentan nutze ich die Einstellung “Für jede Kundenantwort ein neues Ticket erstellen” da ich ansonsten nicht sehe wenn rein Kunde auf ein bereits gelöstes Ticket antwortet. Gibt es da eventuell eine besser Option damit nicht jedes Mal ein neues Ticket erstellt wird aber ich trotzdem (auch bei bereits gelösten Tickets) mitbekomme das der Kunde noch einmal geschrieben hat? Grüße Joachim

I need to automate Change creation using the details from Servive catalog

So I want to implement a process where by a user creates a request by filling in a request form created using service catalog. Once that form is submitted then a change gets created automatically using the relevant fields from that service catalog request. I can’t seem to find the right workflow automation options for this process so I’m asking if it’s possible and if so how ?

Automatically raise a change

Hi.  I’m still learning how to use FreshService, but I was wondering if you could help me please.  We have a third party supplier that emails us when they need us to approve a change.  This raises a ticket in FreshService.  I’d like to put some automation in place so that it will automatically raise a change request (preferably using the template I have created) and then close the incident that was raised through the email.  I’m really struggling to work out how to do this.  I’ve managed to suss out that I perhaps need to use a Webhook, but I’ve tried creating one and it just errors.Can anybody point me in the right direction please?

Queries on asset type

We currently use the asset agent on our endpoints and servers and probe in the network to populate our inventory database. In the future, we are also planning to integrate MS Intune so that we can also have mobile devices in the database.Our inventory database is well filled, so we have a pretty good overview of our hardware and software.What I completely miss in Asset Management, however, are queries by asset type.For example, "Show me all notebooks that can be updated to Windows 11" or "List all software packages that are not compatible with Windows 11" or "Show me all software packages for which a security update exists".Is there such a feature - or is it planned? Regards, Martin

Hi,there is no default contact field "facebook" any longer, but it will be displayed in the default contact filter list like this: Isn't there an option to change this and show "mobile phone" instead? ThanksKat.

Printing ALL information from Ticket

Is there a way to print out all the information from the ticket including the Activates tab information? When selecting Print from in the ticket the print preview is great, but it does not include the activities.I am looking for a way to be able to gather all information from tickets at random for audits and such with out having to print from the ticket and than Export from the Activities Tab.Thank you in advance for any assistance with this :)

Can't share an Analytic report with anyone as account admin

Hello! I (and others in our helpdesk) have encountered an issue with trying to share a report created in the Analytics tab. When I go to the share button in the upper right of the screen, I get the list of users or groups to share the list with. When selecting what I want there is no way to save my selection. I am an account admin and I tried adding a regular user and another account admin but nothing worked. Like I mentioned, I am not the only one with this issue. Any help would be appreciated.

Delay in Message Reflection on iOS with Flutter Freshchat SDK

Hi, Recently, I have integrated the latest SDK (freshchat_sdk ^0.10.10) of Freshchat for FLUTTER for both iOS and Android into an app I am developing.The integration on the Android platform has been successful and works smoothly. However, I have experienced certain issues when using the Freshchat SDK on iOS, specifically regarding the time it takes for a message to be reflected in the UI after using the Freshchat.showConversations() function.In detail, I have noticed that when a notification is received, it is reflected almost instantly in the ios notifications. However, displaying the message in the UI can take significantly longer compared to the Android experience. This has led to a discrepancy in user experience between the platforms.Since the functionality on Android is seamless and the message is reflected at virtually the same time the notification is received, I would like to request your assistance in addressing this specific issue on iOS. I would appreciate any guidance, sugg

402: Error with payment method. error when sending a whatsapp message template

I am new to Freshchat development. I am trying to send Whatsapp message templates. This is the url that I am using to send the messages: https://api.freshchat.com/v2/outbound-messages/whatsapp  I get this status in `response.data.status`: Request created successfully. Check delivery status using status API The message doesn’t get sent, so I send a get request to see the message’s status and I see this in the `response.data.failure_reason`: 402: Error with payment method.I already added a payment method on my Whatsapp manager dashboard. Do I have to add a payment method on the Freshchat account too? I am still on the enterprise free trial because I am testing the capabilities of the API. How should I deal with this?

Run automation workflow on specific date?

Is it possible to somehow trigger a workflow to run on a specific date that the requester selects in the ticket/form? Like an End- or start date for an employee?
