What is the limit of fields in freshdesk?

I understand that you would like to know the specifics of the character limit for the ticket field types in Freshdesk.

The character limit for a multiline text field is 1498, and that for a single-line text field is 255 characters.

The number of characters for options in the dropdown fields is not limited; however, the ticket fields are subject to performance issues as the load on the number of characters/number of dropdown options increases.

The checkbox ticket fields are considered Boolean value fields, only accepting true or false responses.

Below are the number of ticket fields per plan and the maximum we can increase it to:-
