have Freshdesk working in MS teams, but the tickets are only showing up in one team. How do I get the other teams to see the tickets as well. Freshdesk app has been added to the other teams.

Through Freshdesk’s Workflows Automation, you can configure the system to post notifications in other Teams when a ticket is created or updated.

answer provided is correct bit the issue we have is it is working for one on the automated workflow set up to one MS team channel, but it will not work for nay others we have set up. It may be issue with MS teams. we have moved on atm.
