Filtering tickets by customer is not working.

Hi ,

I cant choose any customer in ticket filtering. Whatever I try i just get "No matching Customer found"

Used to work just stoped to be functional now.

What was the solution?

hi,
you did some reset of indexes and then it started to work out again.
