Would anyone be able to offer a quick solution for controlling what sections of the ticket sidebar are minimized by default?
Specifically, if we would like to minimize the 'Ticket Properties' section by default, can anyone offer a quick/easy solution to doing this?
Any ideas or direction would be greatly appreciated!
