Hi!

 

I was trying to set the time trigger to send a reminder message to the officer (action: send email to agent).
However, when using time trigger, the email is sent not just one time but it repeats every 1 hour time.

The effect is kind of spamming to the colleagues.

 

Is there any option to select if the repetition is needed or can you suggest a better way to address the opportunity?

As per the product behavior, Time trigger automation would run on an hourly basis. Hence, when setting up time trigger rules to send reminder email notifications, we always recommend restricting the time intervals to avoid sending notifications multiple times. Please try setting up the conditions like below (as in the screenshot) and check how it works. You can also tweak the rule as per your business requirements.
