Could you please copy the chat widget code under admin->freshchat and have it pasted under admin->Helpdesk rebranding -> customise portal -> portal pages-> Portal home and check if the chat widget works?

In the page source we could find that the js script was successfully loaded, the the css/js links for the chat were created as well, but the freshchat toolkit was not initiated. Could you please help to take a look into this problem?
