Adding CC while opening a ticket.

I want to see the CC button on the submit a ticket page when I select "Can CC Only company contacts" from the ticket fields.

 

 

I checked the Display CC Field check box from Ticket Fields.

 

I can not see the Add CC button when I check my ticket form.

 

Note: If I select the “Can CC any email address” I can able to see the Add CC button in ticket form.

When click the “Can CC any email address”

 

But I want to see the Add CC button when I select “Can CC only company contacts”.

When click the “Can CC only company contacts”

Note 2; 
I have contacts assign to a Company.

Hi @Mustafa Abali,

Welcome to the Freshworks Community!

I understand your concern here, can you please verify if the contact you are raising the request as is also mapped to the company? Only if a contact is mapped to the company will they see the Display CC option.

 

I just had this tested locally and this seems to work as expected.

If you are still facing issues feel DM me about this, I will have a ticket created and address this further.

when I select (can CC any email address) and submit a ticket page, the button of the Add CC doesn't exist !!!!

I need to solve this issue
