Any common (admin) API to manage contacts and agents?

Hi,




In earlier APIs, Agents did not have a separate API for create & update. Is there any such common API now for an admin to manage both contacts and agents, instead of using different APIs for each?

Hello There, 




Apologies for the delay in updating this thread. 




Currently, there is no common API to manage all the users in Freshdesk. You can create a contact using our v2 API and then update this contact to an agent.
