Hello, I have been trying to change the notification for the requestor for days. Unfortunately, the field is empty. (I would like to change our Christmas message.) Does anyone have the same problem? Is there maybe a technical error?

Hello Denise,
Do you see any error while trying to edit/access the requester notification? I guess it might be because of a broken HTML on the page. Could you please use the Inspect element option on the browser to clear the content in the editor area and see if that helps?

actually I don't see anything. It's a blank field where the html editor should actually be. And I see this.
