We are having issue with reply from Freshdesk not being sent to some email service providers including hotmail. It came back as "email bounced temp error" or "email not delivered". I was able to send emails directly from Gmail to Hotmail but was not able to send via Freshdesk. Sending replies from Freshdesk to Gmail seems to work fine. Can you please check and let me know what happened?

Hello,
We had some issues with the email delivery last night as our IPs were blocked by one of the anti spam systems. Can you please try sending emails to those addresses and see if they get delivered as expected?
