Can we alter the volume/dates in the "Analytics" tab for the agents performance/ group performance in the FreshDesk?

Venzy,


By default, the curated report renders data for the date range - in the last 29 days. You could always clone a curated report and this way you should be able to apply and save a different set of filters and date/time range as well.
