how can i pull all tickets with only Responder_id or responder Email

I'm new in Freshdesk Please tell me is it do able to pull all  tickets with only Responder_id or responder Email?

If you are asking about how you authenticate your API request, you need the username/password or the API key. The API key can be obtained from your Freshdesk profile setting page. If I have misinterpreted your request, would you elaborate a bit on what you are trying to do?
