Here are few examples:

Hello Nicholas,

Really sorry that we were unable to get back to you on this thread earlier. It seems to be more specific to the browser / network issue. Can you please let us know if you're still seeing this or this has been resolved?

Cheers!

Hi Nicolas,

Hope you are doing great!

Just wanted to check if you are still having this issue. Do feel free to write back to us.

Cheers.

Having the same problem today.  All of the icons are gone - replaced with identical squares, per the illustration in Nicolas' original post. It makes the interface difficult to use if you don't know where everything is.

Using latest version of Chrome, on Windows Server 2012 r2.

Note that the problem does NOT occur in incognito mode.

Have tried clearing all of chrome's history and cache, and stopping all chrome processes to no avail.  The only think that's changed is that I have not logged-in on this computer for several months.

Hello Mike,

Could you please check if there are any extensions/plugins causing this issue? Since you have mentioned it is running fine on Incognito, it should be either browser cache/extensions on the main browser window.

Cheers!

Same issue here... Started yesterday;

I'm on the latest Chrome Version 60.0.3112.78 (Official version) (64-bit)
Doesn't work in Incognito mode either...

Works like a charm in IE ... but yuck... I'm a Chrome kinda guy

Just like Thomas in the comment above, I am using the latest version of Chrome and the icons won't load. The error messages are like this:

Access to Font at 'https://assets1.freshdesk.com/assets/glyphs_eed2fdffa47deeb01ba00ea7e5dd9aa4.woff' from origin 'https://infoready.freshdesk.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'https://infoready.freshdesk.com' is therefore not allowed access.

Any idea what I need to change in my browser settings, or if this is a known issue with Chrome?

Hi Deb,

Yes , you're right. It's because of the CORS policy and hence resources are getting blocked. You can install the CORS plugin from the Chrome store to overcome this issue.

Cheers!

I installed a CORS plugin, closed and re-opened Chrome, then cleared cache and refreshed page. The plug-in is running, but icons still don't appear. New error messages look like this: XMLHttpRequest cannot load https://pubsub.rtschannel.com/socket.io/?accId=QWO19L3PVM&userId=m0wMvbmw0jreYAlO&token=&EIO=3&transport=polling&t=1501171455907-1&b64=1. The value of the 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header in the response must not be the wildcard '*' when the request's credentials mode is 'include'. Origin 'https://infoready.freshdesk.com' is therefore not allowed access. The credentials mode of requests initiated by the XMLHttpRequest is controlled by the withCredentials attribute.

Do you recommend a particular CORS plugin?

My icons reappeared today without me doing anything. Quite annoying

Odd. Maybe mine will, too, haha!

Today icons disappeared, and returned again within an hour. Really strange.

Yeah, mine came back again, and then for a while the name of my filter was missing from the top of the screen. Then I logged out and back in and everything looked correct again. They must be making some changes to the program that affects how it works in Chrome.

Hi,

In case if you're still facing any issues related to asset loading, we request you to help us with more details in order to troubleshoot the issue.

Try loading the asset URL in a different tab/browser and see if it gets loaded or if you see an error on the screen. Capture the Asset URL, request and response headers and share it on the ticket. Please see the GIF available below that helps you to track the Request and Response headers.
