In depth - Reporting

I'm currently doing my weekly reporting by exporting a csv out of Freshdesk

What I need is a stats version of the In depth report that I can configure to reflect 



  • ticket categories & subcategories
  • top requesters
  • training issues
I don't want graphs I just want something that will show numbers.
Is that possible?
