Loading csv for Tickets

we wanted to automate the upload of CSV to the
ticket section, someone knows what is the best way to do it, we are doing some tests
with Skyvia, but gives us the following error to upload the file "The remote
server returned an error: (406) Not acceptable."
, and for now nobody tells us what is the type of error, "someone happened
to something similar?

Please keep me informed if there is update


Now we are
doing it through Zapier, and we managed to perform the process without errors,
but we need to perform the test with all the records, since in the test mode
only allows to upload a record for each zap.
