New Ticket Created By always defaulting to same agent

Hi - when creating a new ticket via API, the 'created by' is always one agent even though a different address is used.  I don't see where in the API the 'created by' can e set.


All replies to the ticket (via a gravity form hook) also show originating from this agent even though they specify a different email address.   Any ideas how I can fix this?

We have the same issue.  The "created by" is the name of the user who built the API form, presumably because we used that API key.  It would be great if we could set this to the submitter or to a value that indicates it was created by the API.
