Passing login credentials to FD through a URL web link

I want to leverage the Knowledgebase for FD in my application.  I was thinking about having a link on my webpage that pointed to the KB article for the page in question.


My challenge is I don't want to have the KB articles public, so I need to have users login.


Is it possible to embed the login credentials (say the are generic) to the URL so when the user clicks on it, they are directed and logged in?


Any clarification on options or assistance would be most appreciated.  Thanks!

You can restrict access to solution articles for users at the category level . You can append this URL https://domainname.freshdesk.com/solutions to your website so that the users will be re-directed to the FreshDesk login page when they click on this link. 


In case if you don't want the users to create /use FreshDesk login, you can enable Single Sign On on your website so that the users will be validated based on the website login. You can refer to the self help article on Single Sign On method of authentication here :Single Sign On

I need the same functionality as Adam.

I would like users to access the knowledge base from within my system, without having to log-in, but I don't want the documents to be open to the public.

Has there been any development to solve this requirement?

I have created a login credential kwnowledgebase-es@domain.com, but don't know how to pass it in the URL.
