Recent tickets counter - Status Open and Total Recent Tickets

Shows the number of tickets with status "Open" ( Red ) and all recent tickets ( White ).

Everyone seems to say 5 recent and 1 open


Is this no longer working?


This is a really neat idea, but it unfortunately doesn't seem to work.
I put it in, and turned it to display in the Ticket View page. 
Problem is, it shows a white number 5 for all requester. 

If you can fix it, let me know, I think this is pretty cool!

Works perfectly for my team - can't remember if I had to tweak the code or anything but it did show the white 5 on all tickets for a little bit. Maybe just refreshed the cache?


Is this still working? For us it's really interesting to know how many tickets have the same customer, and the status of each one.
