Recover deleted ticket

Instead of just closing a ticket I deleted it! No prompt "are you sure" - it just fired!


Is there any way to recover the deleted ticket?

If you know the ticket number you can restore it via the URL.   Simply adjust the URL with the right domain and ##

    freshdeskURL/helpdesk/tickets/##

Hello,


If you go to the Tickets list page, you will find the view filter on top that usually says "All Tickets" or "My Open and Pending Tickets". 


Click on the dropdown to choose "Trash" from where you can restore the deleted ticket.

Yes, I can see the deleted ticket under Trash, and the new ticket that never showed in the Queue under spam.


What do I do to stop the tickets being sent to spam from my phone number now?


I marked it as not spam, but my next test call went to spam again.
