reply to email with status tag

I used to be able to reply to any email that came from our helpdesk after a ticket was logged, with "Status":"resolved" and the ticket would be resolved without me having to open the helpdesk webpage


this isn't working can someone point me in the direction of where this is setup please?

The feature you are referring to is the Email Commands option which is no longer supported on Freshdesk and I hope the reason for the same was explained to you on the support ticket you've raised with us. Having said that, please do note that we will surely look into the possibilities of bringing it back on popular demand.
