I set up a new freshdesk site reading my corporate emails through IMAP. After a few minutes the site is now under maintenance.
Is my tenant blocked? The url is tallercarnaval.freshdesk.com.

We assume this is more of a temporary issue you are facing. Please write to us at support@freshdesk.com and our support stars will be able to provide you the reason for the account block if any and will also have the same unblocked for you.
