Typing in search field often not possible

I am using Google Chrome for Freshdesk. Almost 50% of the times that I want to use the seach function from my dashboard I am not able to type in the search field. Refreshing the page does not solve the problem.

We're already aware of the issue and it seem to occur intermittently. Our developers are on the case and this has been marked as a priority bug to be fixed. Please follow this thread for more updates.
