It’s unfortunate that you encountered an issue with adding agents in your helpdesk. Can you please help us with the X-request ID when you receive the error message? How to Obtain the X-Request ID - Video reference. Also, kindly share/DM us your Freshdesk account details to take this up further.

This the customer ID: ID: A.khan@zellbury.com and only this specific ID won’t be able to add as an agent. kindly help me out with this issue.
